A bike tour took us to the beer garden. The beer garden, which is not really, opens at 17 o'clock. Arrived at 18 o'clock we ordered, 2 persons, something to eat. It is self-service announced. There is NO fresh draft beer at the bar. Thus, it is not a beer garden. Bottled beer from the Darmstädter brewery is on offer. The bottle beer / Radler was cooled. The open white wine was simply uncooled and tasted like a cooled "mulled wine". Drinks € 8.50. The food prepared in the garden was a very small tarte flambée 8,50 €, a small salad with chicken breast for 12,50 € and a prawn skewer with 3 prawns for 5 €. Too bad, with this achievement the new tenants will not succeed. But this really beautiful location is too far away from the "money aristocracy" according to the motto "See and be seen" - no matter what it costs, the main thing "I'll see". It should be noted that the beer garden is only open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 17 clock.
